There are two types of devices: those designed to go underwater, and those that aren’t. iPhones aren’t.

I’m pretty sure my dad’s iPhone 13 Pro is dead. It’s been in salt water for over a year at 6m.

I’ve had several iPhones and battery life has never been an issue. Even my 13 pro with its 85% battery still easily lasts a day with heavy use.
