Ich glaube du hast mich falsch verstanden. Fediverse-Instanzen und kleine Foren kurieren keine Inhalte für individuelle Nutzer. Es wird also nicht maßgeschneidert Content ausgeliefert, der suizidale Gedanken verstärkt, ohne das der Nutzer etwas dafür tun müsste.

Aus dem Meta Konzern hingegen leaken regelmäßig Mails, in denen jemand fragt: "Heyo wir können die Gemütszustände unserer Nutzer relativ genau tracken. Sollten wir bei psychisch kranken Menschen die Inhalte nicht etwas runterfahren? " und die Antwort ist basically das Lindner "Hahaha, Nein" - Meme

Wenn ich einer Person, von der ich weiß, dass sie suizidal ist, gezielt immer wieder Bilder, Artikel und andere Inhalte zusende, die sie in ihren Gedanken bestärken, wird nach ihrem Suizid selbstverständlich geprüft, ob und inwieweit ich dafür mitverantwortlich bin.

Warum sollte Meta, wenn das Unternehmen genau das tut, nicht ebenfalls verantwortlich gemacht werden?

Erschreckend finde ich das Jornalistys dem so hinterherlaufen. In jeden anderen Artikel würde der Titel lauten "Mann muss sich vor Gericht wegen verfassungsfeindlichen Symbolen verantworten" mit einem kleinen Verweis, wie er ins Visier der Ermittler geraten ist.

Iirc He wasn't lost. Somebody told the authorities, that the guy was missing and that he wanted to go on a hike. So they called him to see if he really was lost. He didn't answer the call, so they presumed he was injured or lost his phone. With this information they declared him lost and started a search.
