The modern US hasn't fought a war with someone right next door, who looks and talks like them. Not only would it be hard to hold captured cities, but I think many Canadian fighters would walk across that massive unsecured border and start fucking up US resources like electrical stations, water supplies, subway systems, internet backbones, government buildings, . It is super easy to buy guns and ammo in the US, bombs are not hard to make. We would have a fair amount of local support as well.

We Canadians could just walk around the US in public and you've never know it.

The Cybertruck is the epitome of America hubris.

I doubt that. He fucked up the first time around, broke shit, wrecked things, stole classified documents, convicted of 34 felons, stole PPE from blue states to kill them during covid and millions needlessly died during covid. What happened? Nothing. People don't really remember any of that. He was never punished for any of his actions or crimes.

Trump is the prime example of American hubris and apathy.

You know, if the US was still friends with Canada and Mexico, they might have shared their eggs.

Good old Trump. Burning bridges in front of him.

As a Canadian, I love this guy.

“I am ready to sit down with President Trump at the appropriate time under a position where there is respect for Canadian sovereignty and we are working for a common approach, a much more comprehensive approach for trade,” Carney said.

This is the way. Leaders need to stop entertaining the orange idiot. He's the shitty kid that breaks stuff to get attention. Trump needs a time out.

I like Iran's attitude. They said "Whatever. Do what you're going to do." and didn't bother having more of a conversation.

This is what Canada needs to do.

If only there was another proven way of doing this without the risk of serious complications of getting sick.

Dear USA,

Your grandpa is loose in the garden again. He's clearly confused. He just took his pants off, is rubbing dog poo on his head, and mumbling something about tariffs.

Please come get him as soon as possible.

Thanks,

Canada.

This is good news. France is really stepping up lately.

Expect Freedom Fries back on the menu in the US soon.

Hegseth now has someone to go to lunch with.

[-] [email protected] 30 points 3 months ago

He is. His job is to wreck the USA and harm it's allies. He gets to keep what he can embezzle from the country.

He's only got a few years left. Might as well fuck everything up on his way out and be secured in history books.

I think we're in for some rocky times over the next few years, but I think the world will be better off with the USA knocked down a few pegs. They are too large and their general population is too easily swayed by nonsense.

The question is, will the population learn anything by being starved out or will they continue to blame anything but their own hubris?
