Gotta say I really thought Raya was excellent. He was a great choice for today. He was composed, owned his box, and distributed very well. He was also confident to come out and was an active part of our build up in the back.

Now I have a visual of Arteta with a hair dryer for a mouth, which is hilarious.
Yeah this might be one where we snatch a late winner. Although this season's theme has been that we just get maximally punished for the tiniest of mistakes, so I would not be surprised at all if Everton stole one well against the run of play, especially with how lenient the referee is being.
It might be more to do with strengths vs. weaknesses. Does Raya deal better with set pieces, where Everton can be a threat? Maybe Arteta wants to use Raya to build from the back more consistently.
Either way I think we should expect more rotation in general everywhere. He's shown he will do it in the last, but the results were mixed because of the lack of quality depth in the squad. But that's not the case now -- we have freaking Gabriel Jesus on our bench.
Which one was that?
Cheers fixed.
As Jesus slots it home, ~~Evans~~ Dalot is on the ground, and his head instantly sinks. It's beautiful stuff.
This was low-key very under appreciated. Really really high-football-IQ stuff. We'd have been absolutely bonkers to sell him to the Saudi league.
Guy is made of glass.
Yes we get 140kpw.
They got exceptionally lucky that both Havertz and Saka blew two nailed-on chances, that last few minutes was just the universe righting itself.
If Liverpool can walk away with a draw against Spurs, it could be very close to a perfect weekend.
