I often feel strong negative emotions and hear criticism and blame where there is none.

Therapy, meditation, and especially EMDR really helped me to help regulate how I responsed and processed my emotions.

It's been a long journey for me, good luck with yours.

That's not true in general. Most cities have ordinances around required side walk space and minimum parking requirements which prevents businesses from installing bike racks on the sidewalk or in a parking space.

I haven't been able to connect to any servers since I updated to the latest version of GrapheneOS this morning.

I'm not sure if it's a Proton problem or a GrapheneOS problem.
