It’s so hilarious/fortunate/sad that that was the name of the file. We will never find the others now.

I got an intel right when the M1's came out because I didn't want to be a guinea pig for the M1. I guess I will move up to M2 when those prices start to fall because the fan is a huge drag. Otherwise I love it; it was my first Mac.

Here in kbin you have to know the whole long address

I think I'd say some thing kind of like no two are the same in a way. And by that I mean that each one has a little bit different technique. So that a bad experience with one might be because the vape itself is a piece of crap, or because of a technique issue.

All of that said, it is definitely worth the patience, worth it to your health, to vape instead of smoke though. So be willing to try a couple of different techniques when it comes to packing, or when it comes to how you inhale, to get the most out of the experience

Going a little bit different direction than some of the other responses, I feel like hash-tagging (wait that's called something else now...?) content is important in helping people to find you in searching. And I'm thinking of search as a particularly important function as platforms like this are growing.

I see posts that are heavily (15 or more) tagged.... that may not even qualify as "heavily" out here in the fediverse, just something new to me.

Been thinking about this a little bit and how I can personally lean into it versus my own insecurities. So this is a way for me to exercise self-promotion.

It's a column called "Ths Soapbox"

howling into the void

Yep that's what feels like, and it's part of starting a community because how is anyone going to find you if you're not making any noise?

It's actually exciting. During my first week around here, someone framed it as the shift from consuming content to making contact and I found that really compelling

The other thing I'm thinking about is how the other site was like joining a conversation, but here we are starting conversations

Holy crap this is endgame. The head of the judicial body is too concerned about the feelings of the body?

So, just logically. I have a personal commitment and value to something. And somebody gets mad at me about it. My values and commitment should be able to withstand that? Yes? As soon as someone has a different opinion it's like "I can't bear to hear a different opinion (clutches pearls) and I can't stand to have my opinion critiqued"

For you and me and the lady in the checkout line (and I say that as a lady who is often in checkout lines), that's great. But this is the head of the judicial body of one of the most powerful nations - most powerful democracies - on earth. These are opinions that shape the lives of 300 million people at least. And he's gonna be there for another quarter of a century.

Like how many steps is Roberts from a kind of de facto chilling effect, and I'm not trying to be funny

Thank God for the generations who hear a public figure try to corral or control a situation and then begin to act in doing the exact opposite. Definitely need to remind the conservative justices that there are people out here

End rant (for now)

They could save a ton of time and money by going straight to the criminal trial before all of the assets disappear

So they will do exactly the opposite of what would save time and money

"could have been on it" ... but without confirming exactly who made the invitation. Interesting. He's about to be asked publicly why he declined.

This whole thing is just so sad. How dare he take a vessel that had not been verified safe at those depths.
