It's almost like privatized industry is ineffective.

Apparently, they didn't have to cross over into Soviet lines. A 2011 Ukrainian archaeological dig determined that they were from 1941, the year the Nazis took that area.

This was awesome! Thank you! I read a few of them.

This is so convoluted by goebbels propaganda and the west's eagerness to repeat nazi propaganda. Does anyone have any good sources on it? I don't really trust goebbels or the liberals that repeat what he said.

From what I understand, Hawaii was really ahead of a lot of the world at the time.

How exactly was it set up?

I got beat with a 2x4 at one of the schools I went to. They carved a handle out of one end and used it as a "paddle" kind of thing. Some schools do even worse, though. Canes, switches, and "belts"(in quotation marks because it's often just a strap of leather, sometimes split at the end) can break skin.

This largely went away in public schools, but never did in private schools. Many children get sent to private schools just for the corporal punishment. Sometimes, they offer "scholarships" just for those kids if the family can't afford tuition.

There are 100 opportunists for every comrade, and hardly anyone seems interested in discipline or education. Our individualism is so bad our arms and legs would leave our torsos and strike out on their own if they could.

These are out front. I've told my neighbors they can come by and grab some when they want. I think only one neighbor has come so far. It grows quick, so it doesn't take a large patch to keep plenty around.

They're usually bigger, but it's been a hot, dry summer. The leaves are edible and go great in soups or with eggs! They need to be cooked, though, or they'll cause gastrointestinal distress. At least, I was told that and haven't bothered testing it. Lol

What is SolidNet?

Just wondering if there's a NSFW function here. I just saw a post about the Ukraine conflict, and the poster mentioned they didn't know how to blur the photo that was included. That got me to realize I don't know how to, either.
