Die Aerodynamik der Front ist bei Zügen nicht sehr einflussreich auf den Fahrwiderstand. Mit einer "aerodynamischen" Front soll in der Regel hauptsächlich der Tunnelknall reduziert werden. Das ist zwar stark vereinfacht, aber um einen Zug aerodynamischer zu machen gehört weit mehr als die Front.
