While less than 2 weeks ago we had Nikolas Tombazis (FIA head of single seater racing) saying:

“That is a fact. We would like them to be cheaper, and that's why the president made the comments about the V10 engine in ‘28 and so on.
“That's something we are evaluating, or for '29 or whatever, with the PU manufacturers. We are discussing openly with them the best direction for the sport.”
Tombazis went on to explain how the talks over moving to V10s for 2028 or 2029 had then opened up a second debate about what to do with the new rules coming in for 2026.

The VM isn't running in user space, it runs through the hypervisor, shell in userspace is just a convenience feature of accessing the VM that is running parallel to Android and the hypervisor enables passthrough of certain SoC features to talk directly to CPU/GPU, without traversing the android userspace.

It's like running wsl on windows, both windows and wsl are virtualized and talking to hypervisor, your wsl instance isn't running within your windows instance.

Difference is a fully virtualized Linux VM running natively, compared to termux terminal emulator running in user space with an independent package manager.
So you (in theory) have more hw access, access controls and aren't limited to Android user space running a single user emulation - with no privilege separation existing within termux.

It's also a possibility that they're part of the various PMCs: Wagner Group, Redut, Convoy, Patriot, Yastreb, Rusich, Tsarist Wolves, or the Russian Imperial Movement

That have been sighted or associated with activities in Ukraine - as national volunteers are getting (relatively) fancy signing up bonuses, it wouldn't surprise me if some outside of Russia see it as an opportunity.

It was to be expected - the CashGrab is easier to drive compared to the Red Bull :(

Though he looked promising in Q1, even if he was only 0.3s down on Max there
