Some routers have a USB port and nas options in the settings. There are some cheap multi hard drive to USB adapters on eBay that might work.

Caddy seems to good to be true? I just set it up and it works perfect, straight out of the box in c/[email protected]

Maybe just cause I'm still learning this stuff but I found the docs fairly challenging to comprehend too. Now that I get the basics though, it's pretty easy looking back
