I'm just broken and there is nothing I can do except go to work and be stomped over every day.

What I've learned is that the more lonely you are, the more no one wants to be around you.

Ive kind of reached the point where nothing works, nothing changes and everything else just get worse.

I wish I had something more hopeful to say.
