We're not teens anymore. I don't have the time or desire to go crazy with phone OS customization and use whacky launchers to go on top of whatever skin this Android phone is.

Customisation isn't limited to whacky launchers and skins. There are many use cases. Does the iPhone come with native app lock? Dual apps? I don't know how can they not have an app lock if they supposedly care about privacy so much.

No native app lock (workarounds are there but it is a hassle) and no duplicate apps, No IR blaster either.

Lol, most people would prefer iPhone hardware with Android I think.

Fingerprint sensors are generally worse than FaceID anyhow.

How would you know lol. The physical home button touch ID isn't the same as an in display finger print scanner.

Pretty much everything the s23 does already.

Oh man, this phone is out of my budget. Otherwise it seems like a perfect phone.

Rumor says it will be 60Hz

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago

Tbh they should've let this be a pro feature and 120hz the common feature.

So if you upgrade to a 15/plus, you're still stuck with 60hz....after 4 generations. 15 plus is one of my options but the refresh rate will be a downgrade from my 2 year old xiaomi mid ranger. Pro models are too expensive in my country, not really worth it.

Best case for 15 plus? Preferably should be a clear case.

I think Tim Apple mentioned something on the lines of 'you want to look at someone's eyes more than your phone'.
