If you're posting anything online, it's impossible to guarantee deletion of it. Anyone can scrape anything and store it anywhere for however long they want.

I just switched to NixOS after using Guix for 2 years and suddenly I'm seeing Guix everywhere (at least here on Lemmy) D:

Y'all are not convincing me to go back >:

Awesome setup though!

How did you come to this conclusion from the meme?

Does it not literally imply the opposite? "Trans people have to do everything perfectly to get respected, while cis people can do anything and will never get misgendered."

Why would a trans person want the above? What's your thought process?

I think the comment you're replying to is not talking about late Reddit refugees but early FOSS enthusiast that were on Lemmy before. You're missing the point.

"Spiteful angry asshole" is a dumb response. I agree with everything else.

Fun fact: this has nothing to do with poor circulation. It's just nerves suffering from too much pressure

Back when I used mastodon there were community emojis that were the checkmark and you could put it in your name. It was made to make fun of Twitter. Maybe it's the same here?

Ikr? It wasn't a rule on /r/196 IIRC

Hi! As far as I know a warning about Undetermined languages should show up in a box in the Settings page, but instead the text "undetermined_language_warning" shows up. I think that's a bug.

Before lemmy.ml was down I remember the message correctly showing on my account on that instance.
