I disagree. It should have been a complete landslide.

The fact that Pierre Poilievre received any votes at all suggests that almost 5 Million Canadian Voters are still fuckheads.

I as lucky enough to use Apollo. As soon as it stopped working, Reddit became useless to me.

(Or not useful enough to use their horrendous website, old.reddit website or official app)

Second-to-last time we ran a sausage sizzle, we were brow-beaten by a Vegan who was upset that we were not offering Vegan sausages. His whole family was vegan and we were discriminating against them.

The next time, we got a separate grille, a separate chiller and a pack of twelve vegan sausages. He came with his family, and true to his word, he bought a vegan sausage for himself.

His family members all decided not to have their sausage straight away, but to come back afterwards.

They did come back later, without their father/husband and we threw out 11 vegan sausages at the end of the day.

This is ridiculous.

  • their algorithms are crap and keep ramming right-wing bullshit down my throat
  • they keep trying to get me to play YouTube games
  • they list YouTube Shorts multiple times in the Home Screen and most of the time it is just over-sexualised jailbait.
  • using anonymous Google to find a video on YouTube is more effective than using YouTube search

I am seriously thinking of getting an Apple Vision Pro just so I can use Juno and bypass all the bullshit.

Time I planned an exit strategy.

Considering that Ethnic Palestinians are the original Semites, and most of the Zionist are “repatriated” jewish people from all around the world, I find it ironic that they claim any sleight against them to be antisemitic.

Years ago, after a family camping trip, we stopped at a café for Lunch on our way home. My father, my Brother and I all saw Sticky Date Pudding on the menu and decided to order it as desert.

It was the most amazing Sticky Date Pudding we had ever had, it was the right balance of moist and dry, the caramel sauce was just the right balance of sweet, salt and tart without being decadent and the date was just the right consistency, not rubbery but with just the right consistency.

We asked the waiter about it and they told the chef. The chef came out to give us the recipe and pulled out a Tinned Pudding. All he had done was cracked the tin, poured it out and put a scoop of vanilla gelato on the side.

Let us analyse it critically;

  • change of API policies resulted in death of third-party apps.
  • exodus of content creators due to inaccessibility of official Apps and user interfaces.
  • exodus of high-value users due to lack of high-value content.
  • exodus of medium-value users due to increase is low-value content and ads.
  • increase in toxic behaviour due to lack of moderation and encouragement of antisocial behaviour.
  • fediverse (and Reddit) attracting content creators and users with better (more insular) communities and content.
  • loss of brand equity with bizarre name change.

I’m honesty surprised that it only tanked by 56%.

Also, pay attention, u/spez!

When I was at a Holden dealer, CarPlay (and Android Auto) would sell cars.

Customers would wander in, drooling over a cars performance, styling, economy, luxury etc. they’re oils then ask about CarPlay (or Android Auto): if the car did not have it, they would go cold straight away and just walk straight out the door, without even thanking the salesman for their time.

Social media company’s don’t understand what makes a Social network great. It isn’t advertising, or social manipulation, or exorbitant subscription fees and API charges. It isn’t restriction of speech or freedom of speech, it isn’t algorithmically controlled moderation and curation.

It is the people that make a social network great.
