Sometimes that's what it takes for new players to really feel and understand the consequences of their actions. Combat might not always be the best solution and escaping a battle is always on the table.

That's kinda where I was before I put the game down for S1. The payout doesn't seem worth learning the dance

My childhood was a LOT of Jet Moto 2, Coolboarders 2 and Twisted Metal 2.

Bring em all back.

Any hype it had was killed by the gated access that required invites. Plus, Facebook didn't have your racist uncle on it yet. It was still fun.

At least they let me turn my Stadia controller into a regular Bluetooth controller ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Absolutely one of my favorite shows. It hits all the right notes for me. I can definitely understand why it wouldn't be someone's cup of tea, but it absolutely resonated with me.

Playing D:OS2 with 3 others REALLY helped me get more into the game. I get dumb brain when I try to control all of the NPCs and I never really make it out of the first act. With a group, I finally hit the 3rd act for the first time lol

We are probably going to transition into Baldurs Gate when that officially drops though and I can see another few hundred hours going to that.

I have that problem with any linear RPG/adventure game. They paint the path from start of game to completion with VERY obvious yellow paint. I wanted to like games like Darksiders, but the game felt very "on rails".

I don't want every game to be open world, but don't put breadcrumbs down for me either. Let me figure it out.

I'm a produce manager for a grocery chain in the SE US. I tell people ALL of the time to pick out the ugliest cantaloupe/honeydew because it's typically going to be the sweetest/most ripe.

You'll have people shaking, rolling, knocking on melons trying to find "the good ones". It's pretty funny to watch people make their selections.

Uniracers? That game was awesome! The soundtrack was really good too

Breakdown of the stream announcements.

I'm not saying I'm underwhelmed, but there's a part of me that wish they touched up the endgame more. There's a lot of potential and I feel like they've had AMPLE feedback from the community. World bosses still don't feel worth it. Nightmare Dungeons have been buffed, but still feel fairly mid. There's no increased incentive/reward to push higher keys aside from keeping the mob level in line with yours. Helltides getting buffed is nice, but almost feels meaningless without WT5.
