Mass Mind Brain Damage

Not just personal brain damage, not just one individual brain damage.

Brain damage of entire groups, mass mind brain damage. Mass man brain damage.

Bible Verse

John 1:1 - God is a meme and only a meme.
John 1:1 - God is languages and only languages.
John 1:1 - God is words and only words.
John 1:1 - God is metaphors and only metaphors.

Bible Verse

"1 John 4:20" - You have never seen God because God is a metaphor and only a metaphor.
"1 John 4:20" - You have never seen Jesus because Jesus is not here in this Bible book.
"1 John 4:20" - Saying "I love Jesus" is wrong, because you have never seen Jesus, you have only seen words (John 1:1) in a storybook. Heard words, that's not a real person.

Why Every Great Civilization Falls to Idiocracy – The Pattern We Never See Coming

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dcAzzTIN0lc

Every advanced civilization—from Rome to the Maya, the Ming Dynasty to the Islamic Golden Age—has followed the same chilling pattern: the death of critical thinking, the rise of short-term narcissism, and the rejection of expertise.

This isn’t just history. It’s happening now.

In this video, we explore why great societies collapse not from war or economic failure, but from the celebration of ignorance. Drawing on insights from Nietzsche, Carl Sagan, Alexis de Tocqueville, and modern psychology, we reveal how civilization spirals into idiocracy—step by step.

We cover:
How empires lose the ability to think long-term
Why people reject experts and facts
The psychological traps that destroy nations
What the Maya, Rome, and modern America have in common
How YOU can break the cycle

is so insulting it’s crazy people just take it

yes, it is mass psychosis of the entire population. People can not resist calling just a few people crazy ("Trump Crazy, Trump Insane, Marjorie Greene Taylor insane" over and over)... it is the population who is flocking to Elon Musk / Rupert Murdoch / Donald Trump / JD Vance / Rudy G / etc that should be the focus. Group-think, mob mentality.

People seem entirely unable to describe cult group behaviors and how critical it is we start doing cult-deprogramming.

  1. "MASS PSYCHOSIS - How an Entire Population Becomes MENTALLY ILL"

  2. A 1985 book by Neil Postman, Manhattan / New York University Professor (Donald Trump's Home Town) predicted all this for America's future. On February 2, 2017 his son Andrew Postman confirmed that Donald Trump was what his father's book was ultimately about.

  3. The Theory of SOCIETAL STUPIDITY by Dietrich Bonhoeffer, Nazi Germany mass conformity / collective blindness

Imagine the people deciding whether or not to kill you, are too stupid to be reasoned with.

That was essentially the problem in the Middle Ages of Europe, before the Enlightenment. When The Church and Kings and Queen systems education values had been so bad for so long people had to basically assert science from the bottom-up of society and make the case for learning, education, humanism. We are facing that very situation in USA now in late April 2025.

People in general aren’t all that bright and are easily distracted by wedge issues.

I find it's become incredibly popular on social machine systems to say: every other person is dumb and stupid, I'm inside my artificial reality and everyone else is not very bright. This all started in March 2013 that this pattern of egoism began to surge and increase on social media populations. [email protected]

Clown Population. The clowns inside the White House are only a small fraction of a total society of mock for mock, reactionary mocking, clowns. The entire nation is a “basket case of clowning around” on social machines / HDTV media machines / mockery.

People like to play a game of psychological denial and say ONLY MAGA is the clowns, only the White House is the clowns. It’s the entire population of Untied States of America.

The problem being that education is slow, inconsistent and not terribly effective when you cant drop the people who dont/wont pass.

Drop from what, school? People don't learn from schools in USA, they learn from HDTV Fox News, they learn from Reddit, Twitter, Bluesky, Alex Jones, podcasts, Joe Rogan, cinema, sports stars, TikTok, TV entertainment, video games, etc.

Adults over age 24 do all their learning and study on social media and junk news networks.

“Ours is the first age in which many thousands of the best-trained individual minds have made it a full-time business to get inside the collective public mind.” ― Marshall McLuhan, The Mechanical Bride : Folklore of Industrial Man, year 1951

Leadership of Nations by using Cringe behaviors. Exploiting the minds of the audience, the citizens of nations, with cringe antics. Using cringe as a method of control and exploitation against a population.

If you don’t know what you’re talking about why did you post this?

How do we know what the woman in London yesterday is specifically referencing? She was at the US Embassy, so it must be Trump related?

Her sign seems professionally designed and printed.

The post has a link to Wikipedia about 1968 book by Canadian professor.

"War and Peace in the Global Village is a 1968 book by Marshall McLuhan and Quentin Fiore. It contains a collage of images and text that illustrates the effects of electronic media and new technology on man. Marshall McLuhan used James Joyce's Finnegans Wake as a major inspiration for this study of war throughout history as an indicator as to how war may be conducted in the future"

That future is now.

A karma system is sounding pretty good right now

lemmy's code already does it. person_aggregates keeps track of post_score and comment_score. It just isn't displayed on lemmy-ui. A bot or new code can look at these values.

A house, two cars, a healthy relationship ,a career, livable wage, 2.5 kids, a dog. ya know, the expectation many children were told in school.

I'm not sure I was ever told there was "a plan" for that, being born in 1969... and graduating high school in the late 1980's. By the time I was 8 years old, the radio was already playing: "somehow we missed out on the pot of gold"... "free to face a life that's ahead of me"... something beyond what you describe... "we will search for tomorrow on every shore"....

My personal plans in life have been consistently wrecked by the waves of power-seeking by governments, businessmen, and technology power shifts. I feel like the age of Mass Dehumanization has been underway with climate change denial, medical science denial, pretty much the fears outlined by [email protected] in 1995...
