AC Odyssey took me like 80+ hours, Valhalla apparently takes even longer. I feel like open world SP games take longer (and usually overstay their welcome)

I’ve got 2000 hours in Warframe spread across nearly a decade, most other games that I like clock in at about 100-200 hours, with most story focused games getting about 8-12. It really depends on routine updates and replayability

It definitely scratches that itch for me, but totally check in every now and then to content creators to see how it looks and feels. It’s changed a lot over the past few months so here hoping it keeps growing

Black Desert had an interesting fishing mechanic which scaled loot rewards for fishing with player density. Higher density areas would diminish the larger return, forcing more players further out to find better spots. It was interesting, but I didn’t dabble in it much compared to my friends. I swear I’ve played a game in the past that had increased rewards for more deserted areas of the game but I can’t remember for the life of me

Honestly I don’t think so. It’s a more ranged-based version, and the aesthetic is extremely well done but I’d hesitate to say that it would give the same complete feel that Vermentide currently has. Then again, V2 has been out and developed for a longer period, so Darktide might get there with more time.

Little bit of Darktide. If you haven’t tried it since the rocky start, it’s not a bad time to get into it again. A lot of the content feels a lot more tight and there is more forgiving mechanics to get good gear. Other than that, more Warframe as the new update gets closer. Also a good time to hop in as well

Yeah, I agree. As a long time Warframe vet, the game has consistently changed locations that are primary farming locations for particular resources or drops. Ironically, though, with the sheer number of resources and drops. There are quite a few loot caves for individual objects, which helps vary the locations one might find themselves grinding away at for efficiencies sake.

I had to take a break on it, personally. The only LoZ game I had through most of my childhood was Minish Cap, which (personally) felt like a really tight and clean cut game when it came to the combat. A Link to the Past has been a little more frustrating to play, mostly because the combat doesn’t feel quite as tight to me
