American fertilizer ingredients and a lot of the equipment (or materials for the equipment) come from Canada and other countries hit by the tariffs. I don’t see a statue of limitation in the provinces health privacy act and thus most certainly contravenes it. In fact, the health authority doing nothing about it also contravenes it.

I don’t see why the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner (OIPC) wouldn’t be the investigative authority here. I also have no doubt the college of physicians where they are currently registered would be interested.
