Harold and Maude Silence of the Lambs Thor: Ragnarok Singing in the Rain Unforgiven

Silly to hold us to five but those were the first to come to mind.

I've never understood github, compiling, and running an app/program from there. I'm at best a code monkey. Show me and the code needed at the command line and most of the time I can make it work. Can you suggest where to get started?

A big shout out to Lemmy.one. I signed up not knowing but love the fact now. Down votes don't add to the discussion. And posts and comments that are in poor taste should just be reported. Ignoring poorly made comments and posts is the best way to extinguish them. It forces the writer to improve their input if they care about the up votes. Down votes just make the user give up in wanting to contribute at all. Lemmy is about contribution. For now it is anyway.

You make excellent points.

Correct on that. Every magazine/community needs wise souls sharing their knowledge and insights on things. Ask Historians and some science subreddits were a big draw for that.

We could also use good story tellers who make for some interesting reading in the comments.

Given time all of that will happen here.

It would be nice to have assurances that if the instance you are on goes dark then another instance can take care of you and your stuff. I don't know enough about the concept and workings to know if that's the case.

Well, she did grow up to work for local government. It wasn't that bad of a trait I guess.

Hahaha. My first thought for an award, NEVER LOST A SOCK! Don't know why but one of my nieces always came home missing a sock a couple of times a month!

I bought Joey for Reddit and had no obvious ads. Lovely experience. I won't be visiting reddit without the choice of removing the obvious ads.

I think the reddit hug of love is affecting things today on the 12th.

Just a general question, on a mobile device is using your browser or an app the better experience? And if using an app is Jaebra the one most people use?
