Not really. All the CPU cores are identical on the AMD CPUs framework ship.
The AMD chips with X3D and Zen 4c would benefit from the scheduler improvements in Windows 11, as do Intel chips from 12th gen onwards as they have performance and efficiency cores.
SATA M.2 drives are pretty rare being sold new now, you actively need to go hunt them out. All the Crucial P-series are NVMe.

No, they come off the same lines. DIY ones are tested with RAM and SSDs installed which are removed and put back into the test pool before shipping.

Sounds driver related. Work have had various issues on Windows with certain ThinkPads due to Teams having some weird interaction with the power management driver.
Teams is somewhat of a resource hog, as the "application" is basically a self contained web browser running the app.
