almost every day I have to be around/meet godawful people, intrusive thoughts, I feel isolated from humanity, modern technology sucks ass, and things I don't feel comfortable talking about and things i don't think will be allowed on lemmygrad

-basically looking at my phone -approximately 12-6 hours -pacing & eating -normally start sleeping at 12:00 am -used to drink coffee now I drink tea
