Can anyone help me understand the CAS Latency? It looks like I can go kingston fury with the 40 or the g.skill with 46. About a 20% price difference for 15% difference in CAS speed.
I'm not sure how that latenecy corresponds to performance, I was looking to future proof a little here and go with 64gb, but will the 40 vs 46 CAS Latency make enough difference to spring for that?
I plan to use an eGPU for gaming, and I'm just trying to figure out if overbuiliding on ram makes sense or if I should go with 32/48 gb instead of 64 at a better CAS latency.
