I just had another look at Sergio's on board. He touched the back left of Carloz who was slowly drifting towards him. Could have been avoided by Sergio.

Looked like a puncture back left for Sainz?

India is a problem.

And he walked back to the pits at 5km/hr.

Looks like he wanted to put the car sideways as a last attempt to reduce speed, same as when initiating a drift.

Turns out he is disqualified from qualifying results. A sad weekend for Williams.... Albon had qualified 8th.

That album is sssoooo bad.... it has for example a version of Help (the Beatles) that will make your ears bleed. It is a miracle that DP continued after this. Lucky for us they managed to improve and gift us great music.

Hush is not too bad, probably because they stayed close to the original.

OK I found it myself : https://us.motorsport.com/f1/news/were-russells-worn-tyres-the-cause-of-his-spa-f1-disqualification/10640096/

“We expect that the loss of rubber from the one-stop was a contributing factor, and we'll work to understand how it happened.

“We won't be making any excuses though. It is clearly not good enough and we need to make sure it doesn't happen again.”

The missing weight of 1.5kg may sound like a lot, but we are only talking about 375 grammes from each corner.

And as Pirelli head of F1 Mario Isola has explained, that is well within the boundaries of how much a worn tyre loses.

Why "definitely", please publish your info? Pirelli disagrees with you.

Does anybody know how much weight the tyres lose during a long stint like Russel did? And when compared to a 20-lap?

A slow lap can be done by driving through the pits (or is there some other alternative road?). A car has to do a slow lap if he did not have DRS for 2 laps while the car following did have DRS.

DRS time can be extended to 2 or 3 seconds.

Relations between India and Canada have further deteriorated after Delhi announced it was suspending visa services for Canadians due to “security threats” faced by its embassy and consulates in Canada.

BLS International, which runs the Indian visa offices in Canada, put a notice on its website stating that all visa services for Canadians were suspended until further notice, citing “operational reasons”.

Arindam Bagchi, a spokesperson for India’s foreign ministry, confirmed the suspension at a media briefing, mentioning “the incitement to violence, the inaction by the Canadian authorities and the creation of an environment that disrupts the functioning of our high commission and consulates” as the reason.

Should Canada impose similar visa restrictions on Indian citizens, it could have a significant impact. Indians topped the list last year of legal immigrants to Canada, with more than 118,000 becoming permanent residents in 2022. There are also more than 320,000 Indian students studying in Canadian universities.

Justin Trudeau has said there is “credible evidence” India is responsible for the alleged assassination of Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a prominent Canadian Sikh leader, a claim Delhi dismissed as “absurd”.

The Canadian prime minister told the House of Commons of Canada on Monday that, in recent weeks, national security authorities had been probing allegations that New Delhi was behind a state-sponsored assassination.

Used the auto-focus which adjusted on the bushes behind the monkey, leaving the monkey unfortunately out of focus. I like the atmosphere of this photo, although it took some exposure adjustments in the editor to get it this way.
