    2 cables in each. If they're not terminating them, make sure they leave lots of slack.

    Why 2 cables? Because you never know. Cable is Cheap. Holes are expensive.

    45-50MB is the max speed of a 2.4ghz channel, please make sure you're on 5ghz

    I've got a 3 story duplex. Its a bear, I ended up tucking mine between carpet and baseboard lol then inside return air ducts.

    Just configure a standard router into mesh mode, and buy an extension cable for your router's antenna' for 20 bucks.
