He truly has achieved the true version of CHIM — holes up with his clone-wives and his best Dwarven buddy!

I actually didn't know Hassildor had a wife, I've never actually done that quest 👀 that's really interesting, I'm looking forward to doing it now!

The few times I've run into him in Skyrim, he always brightens my day 😊

He's probably the most real character I've seen in Morrowind, because at his core, I get it.

This is honestly the approach that's given me the most peace of mind as I've gotten more years of GMing under my belt. As little as possible, but at least something for everything, so I'm never truly caught of guard by player shenanigans.

A solid choice, what really makes him your favourite as opposed to the other games M'aiqs?

Curious to know how other GMs go about designing and filling out their campaigns with different material like items, NPCs, locations, etc. I've traditionally gone very deep and sometimes even granular (much to my own detriment because I bite off more than I can chew sometimes), and try to build out enough material to establish the setting and make everyone feel "unique" to the campaign setting.

What do you find works best for you? How deep do you like to go when building out the setting and materials? Are there any specific elements you focus more on as opposed to others?

I've been replaying Oblivion and planning to do a full achievement run of Skyrim, and it's reminding me of all the fun and well-written characters in this series. I'm curious to know what everyone's favourite character in Tamriel is, and why do you like them?

For me, I'd have to say Keshu the Black Fin from ESO – I find her story (both in-game and lorebook entries) so interesting, and when I interact with her she gives off classic "hero" vibes that I really enjoy, as it sometimes makes me feel like I'm not the biggest hero when I'm in her presence.

We love to see the wheels of change turning. It's a first step in what I hope will be a turning point for Canada-EU defence capabilities.

I'm not fully up-to-speed on the pivot to the EV mandate, but wonder if it has to do with economic outlook in the wake of trade scuffles with the U.S.? I do think this is just going to be a test of time to see whether the new strategy for increased EV production and adoption will produce better results than strategies we've been following so far.

219-211. That spread makes this vote meaningless, because almost HALF of our former ally's Congress wants this to continue.

It's heartbreaking to hear about this. Sincerely hope that the families have the support they need, and my heart goes out to everyone impacted.

I honestly do wonder who their main market is – I assume handheld gamers would sooner opt for the cheapest option that gets the job done, which is by all accounts the Steam Deck just for sheer ease of use and decent price point for hardware.

Now that we're in to February, what are some games you've been eyeing up with a 2026 release date that you're excited to pick up? Are you planning to pick them up on release, or are you going to wait until a sale?

Me personally, I've got three titles I'm actually feeling quite excited for: Hela, Paralives and the Gothic 1 Remake. I've been waiting for Hela and Paralives for years because they look like fun, cozy games built by passionate devs - and the Gothic 1 Remake just popped up in my feed one day and I'm itching to get a chance to have my first Gothic experience!

Exactly – this is all about competition against the Ambassador bridge, because it'll impact the profits for them. If they wanted to see profits from the Gordie Howe, they could have stood a little taller and not let themselves get lobbied out of it.
