Going from an S5 that I bought on the outset of the pandemic to an S8 in June that I actually used, I’ve lost 35lbs using it.

 

Had an issue with my watch not playing music through my AirPods Pro and not updating settings.

I then did a full erase/re-pair of my watch. Fixed the music issue but then wouldn’t pair with fitness apps. When I was going through the health app to get it synced, I saw a lot of duplicate data sources which I removed. Now my complications and Health app are showing lower numbers on my rings than what’s been recorded. Any way to get my Health data back to where it was?
