Ich bin da etwas zwiegespalten, sprich Zukunftsstandort direkt am See für die Stadt sicherlich interessant. Aber 200 Millionen auf 600 Einwohner ist halt naja. Hätte man ja auch umsiedeln Können für das Geld und ein Naturschutz Gebiet raus machen.
