If you can run the wire for this outside you can run an ethernet cable outside and get a used point-to-point ubiquiti set on eBay..

By the way TP-Link makes a 10 gig router. I don't know much else about it other than you can plug in a 10 gig connection and I think it has Wi-Fi 6.. 🤷
