I love most of the weird minigames in the Yakuza/Like a Dragon/Judgment games (I spent a STUPID amount of time on the cabaret sim). As someone who played almost 200 hours of Animal Crossing at the beginning of the pandemic, that island sim looks like it could be a serious timesink if it's as fleshed out as the trailer makes it seem. I can't wait.

The cat invited the mice to hang out on his cat bed. What more do you expect??

They're taking over! Jack seems to be a popular name for brown tabbies.

Correct me if I'm wrong but if anyone kills the show, wouldn't it be Paramount? Netflix is just picking it up to stream on their service.

I know people have their issues with Netflix but I'm just relieved it's not Peacock or some other service no one cares about.

That's such cat-like behavior. My guys do the same thing, hissing at each other one minute and acting completely snuggly with each other the next. I'd kill to be able to know what was going through their little walnut brains.

He has a cat tree but prefers being the center of attention.

Thankfully he's the exact opposite of scary, one of the most social cats I've ever met. He wants all the pets and attention from me and any visitors.

I don't think this is a kerning issue, but rather a software one that read "Kurn" as "Kum" when converting the book to Kindle format. There are a bunch of other similar errors like this throughout which had my inner perfectionist screaming in rage, but this one cracked me up because apparently I'm 11 years old.

Or maybe the author actually wrote "Kum" given the other actual typos that aren't kerning issues littered throughout the Kindle version ("Junie Lowery-Johnson", the "Jenolen", etc.).

This tool is great! Thanks for creating it and making it public.

Also, is this the first Lemmy Hug of Death? If so, congrats, I think?

Gotta hide from the monsters by making sure you're under or inside the duvet! It's perfectly rational.

It's never too late! The stream of cats in bags today has genuinely made me crack up a bunch of times whenever a new one would show up.

I was very happy with Voyager which is great for a PWA but I'm in utter awe at how good the Sync beta is. I was expecting a minimum viable product that still needed a lot of updates but it's amazingly polished from the start and basically works exactly as the Reddit version did. It's always good to have options and I'm glad the Lemmy app scene seems to be flourishing.
