Uruguay finished the game with 22 fouls the other day, I don't think this is an accident. Every time we win the ball back, our players immediately get fouled so we can't start an attack. It's on their game plan and it works pretty damn well.

This is quite soft but not egregious, this is violent conduct even if he doesn't hit his face. Again, pretty harsh but not enough to overrule imo. That said, watching a game where your team otherwise got 3 yellows from 25 fouls, and play the victim is pretty dumb.
