Can someone help with a power adapter for modem question (alien.top)

I want a replacement power adapter/plug. This one is very fat and bulky. And causing trouble in place I want to put it. Can I get the same power spec power adapter. Would this be fine. And where can I get the same spec? Can it be slightly off?

Battery life would be impacted. So just keep a charger handy.

Get the back replaced. I could never live with it. Risk of cuts etc. short term just put a case on to keep it enclosed
