This exercise was primarily to display the idiocracy/uselessness/depravity of using 9/11s as measurement units
Using the most up-to-date casualty count I could find, the attack on Israel is like 15 9/11s. And given the 1000 casualties suffered by Palestinians since last week (gross underestimate), the Gaza Strip has suffered 53.9 9/11s.
To play arm-chair strategist for a sec: if Hezbollah joins the war, my guess is they'd attack after the anticipated invasion of Gaza is well underway. Idea being to ensnare (a sizable chunk of) the IDF in the south before levying the second punch from the north.

I know there’s something wrong with me, but for some reason, dick Cheney’s voice is asmr to me so one night when I couldn’t sleep I put on a podcast of him being interviewed by bill kristol. It was a deeply contradictory experience as I felt drowsy from the voices, yet agitated by cheney saying things like “enhanced interrogations saved lives” and “I don’t regret a thing about the Iraq war” with bill agreeing and generally being a little bitch boy
