I took a screenshot of what and who I found objectionable, which I am willing to share, however I won't post it publicly because it's (to me) hate speech.
I was browsing through /all and had the misfortune of finding a transphobic post from the site. Blocked user and community but if that's an indication of what they're putting out, hard pass on the rest of it.
As someone in that weird space of end GenX/too early to be Millennial, I support you.

Lain was one of those anime that when I was introducing it to someone there was a "no questions, only experience" policy in place.
It's a thing. There's nothing less attractive than having to play parent to an adult who can't pull their own weight in managing a household.
Can't recognize that a full trash can needs to go out without being told? Can't realize dishwashers that are full need to be run without reminding? Can't find where clothes need to go when they're clean?
If that workload is falling on one person most of the time, over time it can become a source of resentment.
When both people have full time jobs, it's like coming home to a second job.
Went from hating antiquities to being a level 10 when I found that out.
Also having too many Sixth House tables, but hey, every apartment has one now?
