I have 10 public xmr nodes (all listed on my site as well):

185.218.124.120:18089 185.218.124.120:18189 185.218.124.120:18289 185.218.124.120:18389 185.218.124.120:18489 185.218.124.120:18589 185.218.124.120:18689 185.218.124.120:18789 185.218.124.120:18889 185.218.124.120:18989

All hosted via mynymbox.io using contabo servers (Germany). Not sure why the above post lists one of my nodes as a proxy (or the other way around) for another node. Happy to provide any documentation to prove my nodes are non-malicious.

I made a retroshare board/chat with a daily trade thread. If anyone is interested check it out and share:

Thanks for the recommendation, I'm looking into it.

According to my lawyer (US), as long as this is a not-for-profit message board that holds and transfers no funds, it's fine. I'll get something set up.

Gauging interest in making a community (here on monero.town) where sellers would be able to post their seller profiles, including:

  • a min/max amount of xmr they have for sale
  • any payment methods, currencies, or coins they accept
  • communication methods they accept
  • links to accounts on other sites with feedback, and any verification they choose to include

No escrow (unless buyer/seller want to arrange it). Buyers could post reviews on the seller threads.

It would allow buyers and sellers to have a place to find each other, along with all the information they need to make successful trades with established sellers. Buyers and sellers could complete transactions any way they see fit.

I've used the terminal version of Simplex behind tor

It's not capital-efficient for high volume crypto-fiat sales because every coin can only be listed/earmarked with a single payment method. Meaning I can't list all my XMR at once with every payment method I take as an option, just one. I was told if I make a custom listing with all my payment methods then I'd basically be fucked in arbitration. So I can tie up all my available coin with one payment method in one listing, or pick a few payment methods and split my coin among a few listings. None of those options are efficient for crypto-fiat.

Ways I'd currently use haveno-reto:

  • coordinating a planned large sale with a buyer offsite and completing it through haveno-reto for arb/escrow purposes
  • crypto-crypto instant sales. I have listings up to test that out.

But the way it's set up for fiat is too limiting for my business model.

I am using haveno-reto but it doesn't do everything I need it to do

If anyone is interested in sharing about current trading methods, asking/answering questions about p2p XMR trading, and other pertinent topics. The Simplex group link is shareable to others as well if you know other sellers/buyers you'd like to invite.

I'll change it

My agora profile: agoradesk[.]com/user/CaptainCanaryLLC

I can't vouch for tim. I put 1 xmr up there along with a bunch of listings because I want to find out if it it legit. I'm also on Haveno-reto.

Link to tim, use at your own risk:

I don't want to encourage people clicking random .onion links. I can send you the link to my simplex group which has the .onion link in the welcome message if you want, send me a message here.

I can't vouch for it, but I have some listings up on tim to try it out. The dev is responsive. Don't want to post the link here but I have a simplex group if anyone wants to discuss, message me.
