Even though I manage like 90% of the time on my own. Sometimes I need to use my TTS reader for specific posts. Anything with "hand-written" or "script" fonts is a nightmare without alt-text.
Light mode definitely has it's place for *everyone*. Ever try to use your computer near a window, or outside in the sun? Ever try to do that in dark-mode? Yeah, good luck with that.
