It's a high-quality source of easily digestible protein, iron, zinc, phosphorus, and vitamins B3, B6, and B12. Fattier cuts of meat have some issues with saturated fat, sure, but leaner cuts of beef are perfectly healthy for you in moderation. "Terrible for you" is a hyperbole.

Most users don't know a fiasco happened, or care, really. You gotta remember your average user doesn't comment at all and really just scrolls while upvoting posts every once in a while. Their engagement is far more casual.
