Beehaw.org is a highly maintained instance with careful moderation and rules for their instance and communities.

The explosion of new users this month has overwhelmed their moderation team with having to keep up with now moderating new huge user bases from large instances like sh.itjust.works and lemmy.world. These instances in particular it seems had lots of bad actors causing issues in their communities.

There are plans for them to re-federate at some point with the advent of new modding tools and updates to Lemmy

Huh strange. On my home instance vlemmy.net which is now running v18 I only just now have this problem, on browser and on Jerboa. When I few from other instances everything works fine

Lol wut

Title. 18.0 seems to refresh your feed when you return from having clicked a post. This makes it so you have to scroll back down every time you click on a post. It also refreshes the feed so new posts add to the scrolling. Can we get a fix for this in v18.1?

In good time I'm sure it will be easier to find by using the standard Google search. For those who used to use (site:reddit.com) as a reliable search query. Here is a Feddiverse alternative you can copy and paste, at least for now until Google searching the feddiverse gets easier.

Copy paste and then type your search

(site:kbin.social OR site:lemmy.world OR site:sh.itjust.works OR site:beehaw.org OR site:lemmy.ml OR site:lemmy.ca OR site:midwest.social OR site:lemmy.blahaj.zone)
