Awesome build! The switches look neat!

I made the mistake of not getting a kit when building my TBK mini with per-key RGB. Hand-soldering what feels like hundreds of connections between MxLEDBits is not fun :/

Enjoy your keeb, it looks amazing! How is the trackball sensitivity btw?

Very nice! How hard was the build? Which switches are you using?

Thankfully taking it apart is really easy, takes no time at all.

Yeah lemmy is still a bit rough around the edges for me too sometimes, still better than the official reddit client though ;)

I had to use some adapters to fit it to my system - the top fresh water connection is a 1" outside diameter (with an adapter to 3/4" inside diameter thread) and the bottom outlet is a 1/2" outside diameter thread with a Gardena (used a lot in Europe and Germany) style quick connect adapter included.

I am using BQ05 valves flashed with Tasmota: https://templates.blakadder.com/irrigation_timer_BQ05.html

They have been running drip irrigation for my raised beds for a couple of weeks now. Their wifi is kind of weak though, I needed to install an outdoor repeater to improve connection stability.

Edit: Using MQTT the valves appear als simple switches in home assistant and are easy to automate.

I think it would by 'icy' because the appartment's occupants are frozen

Sometimes it feels a bit like Pokemon - gotta catch 'em all ;) Or in my case, build 'em all :D

EDIT: I would love to build a small split wireless low profile keeb like the Corne or similar, however I keep putting off my second hand-wired per-key-RGB TBK Mini which will be my main... if I ever get it done XD

I was over the moon with the live recording of 'A Love Supreme' and very happy about 'Two Directions at Once'.

And I am absolutely hyped for the soon-to-be released 'John Coltrane with Eric Dolphy: Evenings at the Village Gate' .

How are all of you feeling about these and other recent "re-discovered" releases coming out lately? Great pieces of musical history or a shameless cash-grab by the industry (or maybe a bit of both?)

My growing collection of ergo keebs.

Front and center: hand-wired BastardKB TBK Mini, left above is my Redox left half only for gaming (also hand-wired) and top left built from leftovers is the Teensy StreamDeck.
