Is it just me or is not possible to add an avatar or banner to an account? I get an error for too many requests. If we can’t, why is that and will we be able to eventually? If it’s just me, does anyone have any suggestions?

It's my fault, fixing now. So far I've only managed to bring the whole site down for one hour, but I'm not done yet.
