I wonder if and how the strikes affect season 2, haven't been able to find much information specific to Silo.

Anyone that came across an article or other form of information that could shed a light on this?

https://deadline.com/2023/07/silo-season-2-shoot-indefinite-hiatus-apple-strike-1235447160/

The series starring Rebecca Ferguson had planned to take a break in the UK this week as it switched over sets, but Deadline hears Apple is now expected to extend the pause until further notice.

The article is from the 25th.

Yikes.

I guess there was no way it wouldn't be affected by the strikes.
Thanks for sharing the article.

The only way it would not have been effected was if filming had wrapped already.

Here’s what Hugh Howey said about it.

It will depend on the stage of the production. Pre-production could be still on track by getting the personnel, tools and locations. Just forget about writers and actors schedules, so it can be in the air, and even be postponed as a lot of things must land the same dates.

If they’re on post production, special effects and editing is fine. Reshoots, specially with actors, won’t happen.

I assume they’ve not even begun pre production, so it’s safe to say that, as most tv series and movies, will be postponed.
