As of today I seem to be getting error messages every few minutes and it has lead to me to lose one of my submissions (yay to form history addon).

Note: I am aware of the Aussie.zone Lemmy restart every couple of hours (on the dot) that causes these same messages and problems. This seems (?) to be something different, it's happening more often.
