You are still using that site?? Lol geeze give it time and it will be like the rest
Boost For Lemmy
Community of the Android app Boost for Lemmy
Has Reddit usage gone down in the past few weeks since the API change or has it returned to normal?
Not really Measurable because there is a astronomical bot influx...
Yeah.. lemmy has little to no activity on most communities besides meme stuff..
You need to find some new communities. My subscribe feed is loaded up every time I open the app. I have zero reason to go reddit.
There's barely anything here for what I mainly use reddit for. I use reddit mostly for sports conversation. The sports communities here are dead. There's game threads for baseball games that have zero comments aside from the game day bots posting pitching changes and scoring updates.
Lol downvoted for the truth? -- Seriously, yesterday's game thread for the Orioles. 9 comments. 8 are bot announcements on pitching changes and 1 is the orioles hitting a 2 run home run.
Lies, lemmy is a dead site. Even the communities I'm in average maybe 1 post a day.
You're lame then. I have way more communities on my feed than I ever did on reddit. You just don't understand the fediverse. Thanks for pointing it out.
Lol, I'm well aware how it works it just sucks, people hyping it up to be something it's not is all it is.
No one is forcing you to stay here. Maybe go have some spez spooge?
I'm using both, that doesn't mean that lemmy doesn't suck though. Stop pretending it's something great.
Lol sucks but checks constantly. You might have addiction issues. No shame in it, I do too.
Lemmy is actually great, stop projecting your negativity onto others in an attempt to invalidate other views.
I'm getting the same but it looks like the issue is Reddit itself. The number of reports on down detector has skyrocketed.
Ok yeah it's back. Seems like Reddit just had a hiccup. Everyone go back to your business :P
still works for me
Same here. My understanding is that reddit is quietly allowing 3rd party apps for anyone that is or was previously a moderator because of the mod tools that the official app is lacking. As a former mod, apparently I get to keep it, at least until they change their mind.
Probably what's happening, kind of ironic when you think about this whole debacle
I'm a former mod, too. (I created a subreddit years ago as a meme and almost immediately abandoned it.) I'm still able to use Boost for Reddit. Though I'm limiting my usage by a lot.
Yay for ReVanced client ID patches
no patches, I still have the same app which used to be in the play store and it still operates normally
Still working fine here, too, but only on my two mod alts. My non-mod account just gets some kind of "request exceeded" error.
It died for me a couple weeks ago
What's reddit?
Yep, it literally dissappeared from the Play Store.
No, I'm still using it.
