It's a rather small business. I bought two things from them and while they took a bit to ship, they arrived without issues.
The best place to contact them is - sigh - discord.
Ergonomic, split and other weird keyboards
Posts must be of/about keyboards that have a clear delineation between the left and right halves of the keyboard, column stagger, or both. This includes one-handed (one half doesn't exist, what clearer delineation is that!?)
i.e. no regular non-split¹ row-stagger and no non-split¹ ortholinear²
¹ split meaning a separation of the halves, whether fixed in place or entirely separate, both are fine.
² ortholinear meaning keys layed out in a grid

Yea I'm happy to wait for however long it takes as long as I receive some sort of communication from them. I just want to know that a human has seen my order and it's being processed. Two weeks of zero communication is not cool. Also I've been on the Discord for a while and Momoka was last online when they DIDN'T fulfil a giveaway. This was on the 19th of May.
But thanks for your feedback!
I don't think I'd draw that conclusion after less than two weeks has passed for a small business like that. Have some patience, hopefully there will be an update on your order soon.
Fair enough. Maybe I'm being impatient. Will update if/when I hear anything.
