I hear "leftists" saying we should be mad about this because russias government is neoliberal and this is just abusing soviet nostalgia. but I disagree because they never take into account the fact that the soldiers themselves may be comrades and they are fighting fascists.
Even just soviet nostalgia is infinitely better than liberal/conservative anticommunism. Because it make basically impossible to censor communism even if the government is anticommunist.
