I use it daily, to connect my phone to my car AUX input and my various (very expensive) headphones.
Very very rarely. I have a cheap Bluetooth adapter in my car, and I don't regularly use headphones because everyone I care about is immediately annoyed when they see headphones over/in my ears.
I used to use it, before buying a USB C headphone amp cause my headphones lacked bass
I never do, because it doesn't have one
All the time
Well I tried shoving the wire up my own ass but I prefer the songs on my phone.
If mine had one I would use it everyday. Idk why but I love wired headphones wah more than earbuds.
When I had a motorcycle. This was a daily use item. Now I only use them when out on walks/hiking
My phones don't have one but I use a headphone jack on my tablet.
Daily. Mostly Spotify and Youtube or when I don't want to listen to my wife.
I did everyday in my car for listening to music when I still had my Pixel4a. Sadly it started to die and I replaced it with a Pixel 8(sans headphone jack) and had to buy a Bluetooth -> aux adapter.
Used to back when I was in high school and it was more common, but bluetooth earbuds have gotten really good sound-wise that the hassle of wires/dac/adapter isn't worth it nowadays for me and basically everyone I know.
Wired headphones sound better usually but I think anyone claiming they're superior to bluetooth in every way is being disingenuous and hasn't tried modern buds.
When my phone lost the headphone jack, I just stopped listening to music outside of my home.
I honestly prefer walks now.
Daily, I drive an 01 cherokee sport base model. This means I have a tape deck and fuck all else.
Never. Bluetooth headphones and connectivity in the car.
Currently never, but that's because i dont go out much. If I went out more, even just for jogging. I would be extremely frustrated that my current phone doesn't have a jack. Currently I have to have to so everyone around me can hear my phone as I don't have a converted or a wireless headphone.
Rarely, but I like knowing it's there if my headphones run out of battery and I need to join a meeting or make a call.
It's the only way I listen to music when I'm not in my car or in my house
I had to buy a converter to stick my headphones into to connect to my phone because it didn't have the jack. Which is really annoying because I have really nice headphones and I don't want to sacrifice my sound quality for shitty Bluetooth ones.
I've used a headphone jack on my phone probably three times in the past two years. It is extremely uncommon for me to use it, and I would actually just prefer it not be there.
Never, Bluetooth adapter in the car, AirPods otherwise. FUCK cords
I stopped using it because my cables got always damaged after a few weeks/months of usage. With a (big) phone in my pocket it's just not possible for me to put no stress on the jack.
I actually stopped listening music on the road for a few years after that until I started using Bluetooth headphones/in ears. Now I wouldn't go back to cable even if it didn't break down so fast.
When I get a call at home while already wearing my wired headset I like to just plug it into the phone.
Since my current phone was bought used I had to compromise on some things, so I don't have a headphone jack anymore. I use a USB-C Adapter now. I use it for most phone calls, especially the longer ones with family. So probably for a few hours per month.
For quite a long time, until about 2021, I was still using wired headphones when on the go, but nowadays I'm addicted to noise cancelling, so that use case has moved to Bluetooth now. My protective headsets from work (both the over-ear and the in-ear set) also use Bluetooth.
