You don't have to watch the new season when it comes out, you are allowed to wait until you're caught up.
Never a bad idea to revisit all of the series finales so you know how to stack ‘em up when they inevitably can the show once again.
This guy did a breakdown of the Futurama teaser from Hulu.
You might find ideas/suggestions on a few episodes to review. Only one I would suggest is Meanwhile which was the last episode the last season.
Farnsworth parabox is one of my favs.
Roswell that ends wall is a pretty big story point on fry’s story and is hilarious.

The Luck of the Fryish is a good one.
The Late Philip J. Fry is also worth watching.
