The generation the grew up and became adults during the 2008-9 have strange opinions on money, odd.

I mean money can literally buy you happiness because you can pay other people to do things you don't want to do yourself allowing you to spend your time doing things you enjoy. The whole trope that money doesn't buy happiness under capitalism is pure propaganda.

Only millennials think money can buy happiness but every other generation still thinks they'll be unhappy unless they gross 4½ million in their career. Ok.
