USB-C is the first feature to tempt me to upgrade, but my 12 is great and entirely comfortable and I already have all the charging stuff, so I may end up waiting another year.

Zero. The extra features I want on the 15 are worth every extra cost over the the 14.
I don’t have a reason to go from 15 to 14 It’s not that much more expensive I went from 14 pro max to 15 pro because I want a smaller phone however
