I'm glad reddit did the app bullshit because I don't think I would have ever learned about Lemmygrad or Hexbear. Both communities are pretty fucking swell imo. Y'all are some damn cool comrades.
Comradeship // Freechat
Talk about whatever, respecting the rules established by Lemmygrad. Failing to comply with the rules will grant you a few warnings, insisting on breaking them will grant you a beautiful shiny banwall.
A community for comrades to chat and talk about whatever doesn't fit other communities
for real. i only know about this place because i used to lurk r/GenZedong a lot.
best decision i made in decades. r/GenZedong and this place are one of the only places on the 'net where my brain doesn't feel like it's boiling.
I feel like a bad comrade because I wasn't aware of /r/GenZedong or /r/cth when all the drama went down. I was still hanging out and arguing with contrarian chuds in /r/lsc and thinking that tankies were bad. The only reason I am remotely familiar with the history of GenZedong is because when I was looking for a Lemmy instance, I saw some people bitching that Lemmygrad was full of commies and I was like, yeah I gotta make an account. It was a good decision. Then all the libs were clutching their pearls when Hexbear federated and I was like, well gotta check them out lol. I sort of float between both accounts now, not sure if I wanna keep both or stick to on now that dot world has defedded with both so the few comms on there are on my "fake lib" account.
I love everyone here too, y'all are an island of sanity in a sea of insanity. A refuge of light in the darkness of a liberal hellscape.
Dramatic prose aside, I really do appreciate all of you!
Also cool cat image! Gonna need to jack that and make stickers out of it.
Please let me know if you make stickers of it. Those are my cats and I would love a sticker of them if you do!
Oh 100% comrade! Also knowing these are you actual cats, if you'd prefer I not have any stickers made I will respect your wishes.
I'm good with it either way! Thank you for the thought to ask!
