Alma negra process. Usually buy local, but dabble with interesting light roasts from around the country occasionally. This is from Massachusetts and really good. Easy to brew / forgiving and cassis wasn't on my SCA flavor wheel and I had to look up what it was, but I consistently got a nice blackberry hit up front from this.

I got myself an aeropress, because it was on sale in a café I was at. It is exactly how I imagined it to be and very easy and quick to brew with. The coffee tastes good out of it

What are the best instant coffee brands?

I don’t have access to anywhere to wash dishes for the next month or so. I can basically only boil water and I have one camping mug, and dealing with the French press grounds is annoying.

I’m trying the Illy brand and it’s pretty good, but not very flavourful. I recently tried Nescafe Gold but I don’t want to buy Nestle products unless there are no other good options.

I have this kg of beans I bought cheep at the supermarket for experimenting with moka, i could never get something other than "Ashe tray" flavor out of it. I also tried a French press with it the other day and it was undrinkable. This weekend I made it as cold brew and it turned actual good 👍

I think I am going to start a coffee subscription. I like to brew better coffee at home on the weekends than I do at the office on the daily.
